This website introduces our private transfer, chauffeur and tour services in Sri Lanka. Content is written to help you plan, but nothing on the site is a binding offer: routes, durations and distances are planning estimates, and they change with traffic, weather and road conditions.

We keep the information current, but we cannot guarantee that every page is free of errors at all times.

• A quote is prepared for your specific dates, route, vehicle and group.
• A booking is confirmed only when we tell you it is confirmed in writing.
• Prices, inclusions, pickup times and any optional extras are those stated in your quote and confirmation — not on this website, which does not publish prices.
• If your plans change after confirmation, tell us as soon as possible. We will confirm any price or schedule change in writing before it takes effect.

• Give accurate traveller numbers, luggage details and arrival information so we assign the right vehicle.
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and place. Delays beyond the agreed waiting window may affect the schedule and the price.
• Treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect; damage caused by a passenger may be chargeable at cost.
• Hold the visas, insurance and documents needed for your own travel.

We monitor flight numbers provided to us and adjust pickups for delays. Beyond that, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, checkpoints, wildlife, public events or other circumstances outside our control — although we will always work out the best available alternative with you on the day.

This site links to WhatsApp, maps and other third-party services for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies from its revision date. Booking-specific terms in your confirmation take precedence where they differ.
